Did you ever actually have a couple's conversation where you clarified being more than just friends who would also had side benefits? Or did you just assume an exclusive relationship without actually talking about it. Hell, whatever reason you broke up with her over might have been caused by her not realizing she was in an actual relationship.

I'm curious, did you ever ask her out or just assume you're dating? Also, what did you label you two on Facebook? Or when you introduced yourself to eachothers parents? She never called you your "boyfriend"? Also, she could be saying that because she's hurt. Could just be me, but I'm caused. I could see months, but not years.
