Today, the amount of spiders in my house has gotten so bad that it's become routine to shake out any blankets or towels before using them. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Lullaby
Today, and every day for the last ten days, I’ve woken up in the morning and found another new spider somewhere in my room, ten days in a row. I don’t know where the bastards are coming from but I’m seriously considering sleeping in another room, or buying a new house. FML
Today, I found out the hard way that if you leave your sheets on the washing line too long, spiders will go and make their new home in them. FML
Collect the set
Today, some spider must have had babies somewhere in the walls, because every five minutes I seem to find yet another spider on my ceiling, in my cupboards, under the furniture, everywhere. I’m so fed up of smashing them, I’m thinking of getting the house fumigated. FML
Today, the spiders in my house are so big that they catch wasps in their webs. FML
Today, I was taking off my underwear to change into fresh clothes. Pulling them down, I realize there's a big fat spider in them. Not only did I have a spider chilling with my genitals the whole day, but I'm deathly afraid of them. FML
Today, despite years of paranoid checking, I forgot to check my towel for spiders after my shower. Two crawled onto me, and I'm pretty sure there's one somewhere in my hair. FML
Act of kindness
Today, I found the same spider which I had let live yesterday hidden in my bath towel. I didn't find it until it was smeared on my face. FML
Freaked
Today, as I put on my pajamas, a large spider ran down my leg. After freaking out, killing it, and recomposing myself, I went to the bathroom. As I sat down to go to the toilet, I looked up to see hundreds of baby spiders hanging over my head. FML
Spooked
Today, I had to sleep on couch cushions on the kitchen floor because I saw a tiny spider crawl under my bed. FML
Today, I saw a spider crawling on the floor but had nothing to kill it with and it hid somewhere. So, I got dressed and went out and come home for a shower, and as I'm taking off my undies, something crushed and black fell out. It was the spider and he had been in my underwear the entire day. FML

OP isn't living in Australia, so there is no need to burn the house. If there are a lot of spiders then there are probably a lot of other insects that they eat. Mosquito netting on the windows and an extra thorough tour with the vacuum should do the trick.

Also mix peppermint oil and a bit of water and spray it or apply it with a rag to every door and window frame

You live in a house from hell.

Or if you don't have money for an exterminator, and don't want to burn the house to the ground (which is probably what you should do), than go to a store and buy spider spray. You spray it all around the foundation of your house and around the doors and windows and it should stop them from coming in. The only thing is you should do it at a time when your dog (if you have one) isn't around (or take him to pee somewhere away from the house) so he doesn't get poisoned buy the stuff. Read the instructions but usually after a few hours (or a day) you can let the dog back out.

Only if they were radioactive. In which case you should probably let one bite you because all those abilities are probably worth the one bite. But remember, with great strength comes great responsibility.

Do you English, bro?

If you have a chance to get out of the house for a night, a couple of bug bombs ought to do the trick. They're cheap and they'll gas any and all insect life in your house overnight.
