Today, my mom told me she's a drug addict, sold my bed to buy meth, and then lectured me about how I should be okay with it. FML

Today, I'd had it with my mom's addiction to weed, so I told her to choose between me or the weed. I'm currently looking on Craigslist for an apartment. FML
Today, my once-alcoholic mom told me that she would sell me for a shot of vodka. FML
Today, my mom called me a druggie after she found out I smoked weed once. She's now threatening to sell my car, tell my boss, and ban me from seeing my fiancée. I'm 24. FML
Today, my crazy drug-addict mother kicked me out of the house after siding with my crazy, drug-addict aunt, who'd just threatened to slit my throat. FML
Today, I found my mom throwing my very expensive and important medication down the toilet. She thought I was doing drugs. FML
Today, I came from a 12-hour shift to find my clothes and stuff outside, and the locks changed. I called my mom to let me in and she told me, “Hell the fuck no, I’m not having a drug addicted junkie up in my house! You’re no longer my daughter!” and hung up. Apparently, she found my stash of weed. FML
Today, my mom and step-dad tore my room apart looking for the stash of drugs they thought I had. I've never touched drugs in my life, and I guess they believe me now. Didn't stop them from making me clean up the mess they made, though. FML
Today, my psycho mom walked in while I was chilling and having fun with some friends. She kicked them out and now wants to drug test me, because, "Nobody's that happy without drugs." FML
Today, after months of helping my mother with bills because she claimed she had no money, I found out she makes way more than what I do. She just wanted my money for alcohol and drugs. FML
Today, I came home to find that my room had been ransacked. My mom comes out of nowhere and says that we need to have a talk. I freaked out thinking it was all the empty alcohol bottles under my bed. My mom holds up the birth control and says, "I always knew you were a whore." FML

First try getting her help and if she doesnt want or doesnt help if you are 18 or above move but you cant let her take you down with her.

If you are in fact worried about her health I'd suggest talking to a doctor about putting her in rehab. Shell probably hate you at first if it is against her will, but in the long run shell thank-you for it because you would have saved her from pushing her own self down hill.

If you're under 18, you can either try to get emancipated or go live with other family. 18 and over, just leave. Speaking from experience dealing with addicted family members, you can't force anyone into rehab until they have hit rock bottom and genuinely want to go. Considering your mother just tried to convince you that you should be okay with her selling your bed for meth, she's probably not ready yet. Make it clear you want no contact with her until she is ready to admit she has a problem and is ready to go to rehab. Maybe you leaving will wake her up, but you won't know until you do. I'm really sorry you have to go through this. :(

Yeah, all of this. OP, if you're not yet 18 and are stuck where you are, there are support groups around for kids who have parents or other family members who are substance abusers. You're not alone, there are others out there like you, and there's help. Good luck.

Wow that's harsh man you have got to try to talk to her when she's sober or something and where's your dad in all this? I'm afraid if she's a single mom man I feel bad for you man just keep your head held up high and just try to get through with her. And good luck were all counting you- airplane
