Today, my mom got drunk and told me to leave the house because "I've been mooching off her for too long". I'm 14 and now am sleeping at my friends house. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
WTF mom?
Today, I came home at 1 am to find my mom sitting on my couch, ranting about how I'm not supposed to stay up this late. I'm 26 and I don't know how she got into my house. FML
How very dare you?
Today, my drunken mother told me I'm just like my father and that I don't give a fuck about her. She's living in my home and drinking my wine. FML
Boozehound
Today, my mom laid into me, calling me a selfish bitch, blaming me for my dad not being around and finally that she should’ve aborted me. All because I couldn't get her booze from the neighborhood market she’s been banned from. I’m not even 21. FML
Overreacting mom striked again
Today, my mom kicked me out of the house because I missed my curfew and overslept at my boyfriend’s house. She said she’d let me back in on one condition: that I was still a virgin. My boyfriend’s parents won’t let me live with him. I’m currently staying in the Walmart restroom. FML
Mum
Today, my mum staggered home, piss drunk. When I tried to walk her to her room, she shoved me away and cursed at me for being a "goody two-shoes". She then slurred, "I fucked your mum", and informed me that my mum is a skank. That's good to know, mum. FML
Denial
Today, my mom left the house in the morning, leaving me alone. I called and I got no answer. Hours later, she finally answers one of my calls and tells me that she'd been in an AA meeting all this time. Happy, I tell her to come home. She came home drunk. FML
Today, I was kicked out of my aunt's house for being 15 minutes late for her to pick me up. She told me she doesn't want me to come home and left me in a panicked mess. My sister and brother are on her side and refuse to talk to me. I'm now couch surfing. FML
Home sweet home
Today, my unemployed mother decided to yet again stay home and drink heavily. So far she's kicked me out of the house, tipped over our sofa, and thrown her vibrator out the window. FML
Get out
Today, my mother kicked me out of the house because her new boyfriend needs my room. Evidently he also needs my credit card, passport, and wallet too, because she kept all three, while tossing everything else out on the lawn. FML
Mom of the year
Today, my mother sat me down and told me, "I'm not going to lie, I hate living with you. Please get a job and move out." I'm 16. FML

op is 14 he/she needs a guardian for many years still
5t3ff1k4h 47
13 - Way to go. You pretty well told OP to drop dead, since many places won't hire a 14 year old. Even if they did hire her so she can pay for some things, it's not enough to support herself.

117 op is a guy

Fine; doesn't change my point.

it's called sarcasm
5t3ff1k4h 47
There's a difference between a funny, sarcastic comment and being a dick. You were the latter.

lol hahahaha...not funny.

That's so horrible, That must be very hard for you but I'm sure you're much better off living with someone else, she doesn't seem very carring. FYL op :(

I wish I got to stay at my friends house..... I kinda wish my mom would kick me out...... she sucks!
marinaim 17
I cannot believe you said that! I hope your 'mum' knows what a selfish brat you are. Hope she expects everything she spent on raising you back.
Ericahhh 0
that's so ungrateful, I wish I could live with my mom.
User1518 6
Depends, does your mom "just suck" or has she actually done wrong? Cus if she did something wrong, like my mom, I completely understand. Some parents are horrible, but more "just suck".
IronMaiden45 0
WTF? why would you say that? does your mom "suck" because she tries to do what's best for you so you don't end up going into a dead end? why are people such selfish assholes
jennaizbeast 0
dude she ****** pushed u out ovr her ******!!! Jesus
Ins0mau 20
I love how everyone is saying 16 is ungrateful when they know absolutely nothing about this person's mother. kids overreact, but some parents genuinely are horrible. And how are we to know either way in this case?
marinaim 17
Well, you see , if it was a serious problem then I doubt they would have said 'mine sucks'. If there was a problem, imagine, would you really say 'my mum sucks'? No. It's an assumption, yes, but an educated assumption. Sure, we could be wrong, but from what's there it's safer to assume that they don't mean it seriously.
5t3ff1k4h 47
You can't even make an educated assumption like that. If a person doesn't want to get into it (either on here or in a face to face conversation), they can be as vague as they wish. My mother did horrible things, and for the most part either I say she was a bitch or she sucks.

I agree with 100

112. yeah and if you are wrong you just told an abused kid that what his parents are doing is fine and he needs to stop being a pussy. Way to boost his Self-esteem :D. Bitch.
marinaim 17
Bitch is my middle name. And my +14 on my original comments suggests I actually have majority. And the -30 on the original comment too.
CanWeMicrowaveIt 11
O NOOOO! YOU GOT MORE TUMBS THAN I DID D:. I actually see more comments disagreeing than Agreeing with you. hmm. funny how that works.
5t3ff1k4h 47
166 - You really place that much value on a thumbs up? I'd think the comments disagreeing with you, as there are many, are worth more. But whatever floats your boat, honey.
marinaim 17
Woooaaah, you guys take things too seriously. Anyway, blowing family problems off as 'she sucks' doesn't really sound right. And, I have to say, I'd be waaay more inclined to think that they're just being disrespectful that they actually do have serious issues. I mean if they do, then I'll apologize, no questions asked. But for now, I don't believe so. Simple psych analysis. Even is it's 'only fml'. So sue me.

People take everything seriously now a days

that's just horrible

i think I was more surprised there was a 14 yr old on fml.
User1518 6
I'm 14... It's acutally pretty common #31.
smurfsarwales 9
me too. been in here for a year.
daisyloo 7
Same here!
cgchamp89 7
... your parents don't know what's best for you if you're on FML at 13. I'm sure you're also playing COD and other shoot-em-up games. That's just sad. Go watch Spongebob and be a kid, will ya?
QWERTYCommander 5
The minimum age for an account on this site is 13, idiots. I hate it when people act so surprised that 13 and 14 year-olds are on this site.
TheStripedBeatle 9
#31, I'm 14. herp derp.
huntermc7 0
31- shut up. you are what...3 years older than a 14 year old? Wow that's some years you've got there. 96- Who are you to say how someone should live their life? You were young once. Actually, what...you were 13 about 8 years ago maybe? Yea go talk to 31 about that "I think I'm older than I really am syndrome."
cgchamp89 7
Uh oh... the 13 year olds are fighting back!
jcorbs 0
how would people know you were joking? that does happen by the way. my best friend was kicked out at 11.
RobboXD 5
yes, how could we not realize it was a joke... I mean with all that blatant sarcasm...
KennKenn 0
She was drunk, I don't think she meant it.
ATLforever7 6
My boyfriends mom told him that he was the biggest mistake of her life and that she should have had the abortion that everyone wanted when she was wasted. The fact that they're drunk doesn't make what they do/say hurt any less.
Ericahhh 0
I agree she's an adult and they need to start taking responsibility for their actions, there's never and excuse for not taking care of your children.
BeastMode5 0
Parents are parents, they need to be responsible. Yes, my parents drink in front of me, but they have never gotten drunk in front of me. They know when to stop; it's just not right when a parent gets drunk in front of their child. They can say something they don't mean, but it's not gonna take the pain away. When their excuse is , "I was drunk," it makes it worse.
sourgirl101 29
I agree 36.(: My children have never seen me drunk nor will ever.
cc_the_beast 6
They say alcohol is the drug of truth. Parents are still people, they have issues and **** stuff up, some more than others. The difference is whether they have your best interests at heart.
kellanlvr 1
21 drunken words are sober thoughts..
KennKenn 0
That makes sense. Maybe I'm just too young to understand what being drunk truly is. I've never had a beer after all. One thing I'd never EVER do though is smoke.
RussianShitz 0
The truth always comes out when you're intoxicated.
all4pooh 4
I wonder what your friends mom thinks of your mom
shamille 5
They probably talk shit about her all the time.
BumbleChick 18
Dang, that's terrible but your probably better off living with your friend. I wish you the best:)
