Today, I was getting ready for my first date with a boy I really like when my dad insisted on meeting him. My dad is super protective and a cop. He cleaned his gun in front of my date and made it clear he had to be careful with me. My date started to cry when we got to the car. FML
Today, I met my mom's fiancé. He's a nice guy, he's also my wife's dad. I'll soon call my wife my sister. FML

It's kinda funny, but I know of cops who are actually kind of friends with some of the guys they arrest a lot, just because they see them a lot. I'm talking small crimes of course, public urination, public intoxication, ect.
