Today, my boyfriend of 3 months and I were in the middle of a heavy make-out session when his cell rang. Normally, he'd ignore it. This time however he pushed me off of him and said "Shit! It's probably my girlfriend!" I thought I was his girlfriend. FML

Today, I called my boyfriend and a woman answered. Turns out, she's also his girlfriend. She broke up with me on his behalf. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were having a make-out session in the backseat of his car, when we heard a voice coming from his pants. Who did he pocket dial? My house. At midnight, when I was supposed to be home. FML
Today, I ran up to my boyfriend and gave him a kiss. I didn't understand why the girl next to him got upset, but it turns out the voicemail I deleted by accident was him breaking up with me. FML
Today, My girlfriend and I were watching tv when suddenly one of our phones start going off. We both have the same phone and they were next to each other. She picks up the phone and reads the text message, "I wish you were here! I'd fuck you silly" She gets pissed and runs out. It was her phone. FML
Today, my boyfriend accidentally called me from his pocket. I thought it would be funny to see what him and his friends were talking about. I laughed when I heard him talking about us fooling around until I realized it wasn't me. FML
Today, I was making out with my boyfriend. He got a text and reached over to get his phone. In the process, he elbowed my face and busted my lip. He laughed. FML
Today, I was at my boyfriend's house and we were just about to kiss. Until his mum walked in saying his girlfriend was at the door. I thought I was already there. FML
Today, in the midst of sleep, my boyfriend hurled my cellphone across the room and into the wall because he couldn't be bothered to pick up or hang up an incoming call. FML
Today, my boyfriend and I were finally alone and things were starting to get intimate. I was on top of him trying to be sexy, when in my excitement I giggled and called him a "silly girl" by accident. FML
Today, my boyfriend called me over for dinner. When I walked in the door, he asked why I was here; apparently he dialed the wrong girlfriend. FML

OOps. Sounds like a communication error. The way your write this, it clearly sounds like you didn't realize he had another girlfriend and honestly had no idea that you were the 'other woman'. I hope you left right then and there. If not, I hope there's some way that you can get her number, call her up, and let her know that until 'now' you were 'the other woman' and that you're very sorry because you had no idea. Make it clear that it wasn't your fault and that you didn't know but that you wouldn't be seeing him anymore. Make it clear to her that he doesn't deserve to see EITHER of you anymore.

#9 - You can't always tell when your partner is playing around if the partner is careful about it. I mean, what are you going to do, hire someone to follow them everywhere to make sure they aren't fooling around? Demand that you see their phone bills for no reason after just 3 months? #55 - If you're going by literal words alone, the OP also said he was her boyfriend for 3 months, usually indicating that it is official. The "I thought I was his girlfriend" line was probably not meant in the way you took it. For example, if someone says they're coming over at 3, then later calls and says they'll be there at 4, one might say, "But, I thought you were coming over at 3." It's not because that fact was made unclear, it's just what they thought.
