Today, it was my first day of softball practice. I'm the youngest one on the team by about 2 years, so I wanted to prove I'm just as good as everyone else. Too bad I tripped in the outfield and got hit in the head with a bat. I have a concussion. FML

Today, I guest-played as a catcher for a new fastpitch softball team. After the first couple of innings, the batter fouled a ball back into my catcher's mask. As a concussion test, the coach asked me what her name was. I decided to fake the concussion rather than admit that I'd forgotten her name. FML
Today, I started playing softball again in a league after not playing for about 5 years. My very first time at the bat I whacked a foul ball into the parking lot and hit my own car. FML
Today, I got a concussion. It was when an entire shelf of bicycle helmets tumbled onto my skull. FML
Today, while practicing my gymnastics routine on the uneven bars, I was so distracted by my teammates' conversation about a party later that I miscalculated my flip and smacked my head on a bar. Ten stitches and a concussion later, I was left alone in the hospital. FML
Today, I was trying out for a position as pitcher for my college baseball team. I threw the ball as hard as I could, and then collapsed to the ground in agony from a dislocated shoulder. FML
Today, my baseball team had a game and one of our best players was injured sliding into first. I'm pretty fast so when the coach called my name I grabbed a helmet assuming it was finally my chance to get in the game. Turns out he just wanted me to get ice. The entire team couldn't stop laughing. FML
Today, at work I was playing football with one of my camp kids in the indoor-pool. I saw a co-worker walking by and I decided to hit him with the football. The football slipped out of my hand and I hit a lady in the face, breaking her nose, and causing her to fall and get a concussion. FML
Today, I was hit in the head by a golf ball. I wasn't near a golf course, and nobody was anywhere in sight. I'm still trying to figure out what happened. FML
Today, I got hit so hard in the head by a dodgeball that a contact popped right out. To make matters worse, I continued to get hit as a futilely searched for it. FML
Today, I was playing tetherball with my younger brother. I get really competitive, so I threw it as hard as I could. It came around and hit me in the face. FML

I understand how you can trip but how do you get hit with a bat in the OUTFEILD?! Bats are used at the home plate. Not the outfeild.

Now how in the world did you trip in the outfield and get hit with a bat?? Those two don't really go together..... And to all you losers softball is a very interesting sport to watch. better than most others if u ask me. It's really complicated. Probably more complicated than most sports....

one day you will learn to stop trying so hard ydi though who cares what they think! haha my brother got a concussion a couple weeks ago playing hockey... lmao he tried to check someone, missed, tripped over his own two feet and smashed his head against the side boards he's ok though so I don't feel like a jerk saying it was the funniest thing of my life

Eh well... i will have to say YDI .... most people should know that when your trying to show off and such that is usually when you fail ad you are at your lowest peak because your not really focusing on what your actually trying to achieve. You are at your best when your head is in the game and your concentrating on what your doing, just have fun and relax because then if you do mess up your more likely to shrug and laugh it off without looking like a fool.
