Today, I was holding in pee because i was so busy at work. When I finally got up to relieve myself, I pulled down my pants, sneezed at that exact moment and peed all over the bathroom floor. FML
Today, I peed myself in the dressing room after work when I sneezed. Someone else just walked in as I was trying to dry off my jeans with paper, and probably smelled that I had peed myself. FML
Today, I have a cold. I can't begin to count how many times I've sneezed throughout the day, but I can count how many times I've sneezed so hard that I've peed myself: twice. Once while I was at work helping a customer, the other while sitting on the couch next to my boyfriend. FML
Today, I was giving a class presentation, when I suddenly sneezed so hard I wet myself. FML
Today, I was peeing when I sneezed. I looked down to see that my gum had flown out of my mouth and gotten caught in my pubes. On the upside, I got a new look. FML
Today, at the ripe age of 29, I pooped my pants. It was a little diarrhea and I had expected it to be a fart, so I quickly had to grab my shorts, waddling to the bathroom, commando. FML
Today, for the first time in my life, I simultaneously sneezed, peed and farted. I was giving a presentation at work when this happened. FML

Pregnancy weakens the pelvic girdle due to the overstretching of ligaments. Thus she should probably go see a physiotherapist to retrain and strengthen her pelvic floor muscles?

My mom had to have surgery to get all her parts back where they should be. Child birth and gravity are hard on your organs over time.

Incontinence can strike anyone at any age, it's just more well known in older people. I'm 24 years old and I suffer with it, I have OAB, spasmadic bladder and Crohns disease and I have to wear diapers 24/7.. It sucks because I'm single trying to date women and wearing diapers makes more difficult

Actually, it is normal. My mom does it as well. It's something that can happen during pregnancy. Or as a result of pregnancy.

This is really common, especially with women who have given birth. My best friend's mother had this problem and after she had her last child it got significantly worse. She ended up having surgery and no longer has that problem anymore. You should definitely see your doctor, maybe the surgery would be beneficial for you as well. Good luck!
