Today, I was holding in pee because i was so busy at work. When I finally got up to relieve myself, I pulled down my pants, sneezed at that exact moment and peed all over the bathroom floor. FML
Today, I peed myself in the dressing room after work when I sneezed. Someone else just walked in as I was trying to dry off my jeans with paper, and probably smelled that I had peed myself. FML
Today, I have a cold. I can't begin to count how many times I've sneezed throughout the day, but I can count how many times I've sneezed so hard that I've peed myself: twice. Once while I was at work helping a customer, the other while sitting on the couch next to my boyfriend. FML
Today, I was giving a class presentation, when I suddenly sneezed so hard I wet myself. FML
Today, I was peeing when I sneezed. I looked down to see that my gum had flown out of my mouth and gotten caught in my pubes. On the upside, I got a new look. FML
Today, at the ripe age of 29, I pooped my pants. It was a little diarrhea and I had expected it to be a fart, so I quickly had to grab my shorts, waddling to the bathroom, commando. FML
Today, for the first time in my life, I simultaneously sneezed, peed and farted. I was giving a presentation at work when this happened. FML

My mom is in her late 40s and she had this problem not too long ago. Definitely see a doctor, they can let you know what your options are. Changing hormones at that age for women plus worn down body parts can take a tole.

Idk about the doctor thing, happens with old age but in my opinion commando is for guys. Not wearing underwear seems so unsanitary.

I've heard that peeing a bit when you sneeze is actually common for a woman. If you're worried you should get it checked, but unless you're completely peeing your pants you should be fine.

It's definitely not uncommon to be a little incontinent but if left untreated it can progress to completely wetting her pants. She should go see a doctor or physical therapist and learn to do Kegel exercises.

I probably should've clarified that. I meant to say my mum has a weak bladder so she pees sometimes when she sneezes. I can only pray that doesn't happen to me when I get to be that age.
