Today, I got into a fight with my mom because she believes that my fiancé is "irresponsible" and "immature". I stormed out and drove back home. There, I walked in on my fiancé and his friends. They were in a heated and almost violent argument over which CSI is the best. The wedding's next month. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, my parents had a huge fight because my mom found out my dad was cheating on her. They screamed for half an hour. Right in the middle of my wedding. FML
Who TF Did I (almost) Marry?
Today, I was supposed to get married. I called it off only 20 minutes before the ceremony was supposed to begin because I saw my fiance punch his own mother in the face. FML
Today, I learned that if you complain to your mom about your future mother-in-law's bitchiness, your overprotective mom might confront her about it and end up punching her in the face. My fiancée blames me for the incident. FML
Today, I was at my sister's wedding. Everything was going flawlessly. That is, until our visibly drunk mom started a punch-up over who got to cut the cake first. FML
Today, after months of arguing and conflict, I broke up wIth my fiancé. Or at least, I tried to. The wedding's off, but only until he can convince me to want to marry him again. FML
Today, I decided I would tell my mom I'm not going to marry my fiancé because it just didn't feel right, only to walk into my own surprise engagement party. FML
Today, I was talking to my mom about how my fiancé has been ignoring me and that I didn't know why. Turns out, my mother told him that I was too much of a handful, was mentally disturbed and also cheating on him. Just so I wouldn't move out and would keep cleaning her house for free. FML
Today, my dad and I got into an argument, and he ended up calling me a son of a bitch. My mom heard and started arguing with him over him calling her a bitch. Three hours later, I'm now staying at my gran's house with my mom and hoping her threats of a divorce weren't for real. FML
Today, I called my mom to make sure she could attend on the wedding day my fiancé and I had discussed. She started off with criticizing the venue we considered, then went on to criticize my fiancé, and then stated she would under no circumstances help out, but demanded to pick my wedding dress. FML
Today, I got into a huge fight with my boyfriend after driving 200 miles to see him. While arguing, I told him I never wanted to see him again and left after slamming the front door. I left my car keys in his kitchen. FML

You're not going to doubt your entire engagement because he takes CSI religiously. Everyone has that one thing. Their thing. That they will fight for.

Uhm that's a valid argument. I'd fight over that :D

That doesn't make him irresponsible or immature. I always argue with my bodies on which Game of Thrones season is the best. I consider myself a very mature person.

I too own multople bodies that I argue with.

I don't see the problem. Irresponsible and immature would be coming home to him completely hammered with his buds and the house trashed. An argument about CSI is the least of anyone's problems, I would think.

well i personally think its CSI New York
LostInTheZone11 29
It started out with Vegas as the best, and by the end it was New York. For me it was because New York lost the least amount of people.

Obviously the one that stars Lieutenant Dan!

They're all bad, don't marry into stupidity.

You would base who you marry on what TV shows they like? Seriously? In the comments above you mentioned hating both Seinfeld and CSI; based on your own selection criteria, no one should marry you lol

It's called refined taste. I just wouldn't marry a knuckle-dragging idiot that would take Seinfeld over My Name Is Earl, or anybody that considers something other than Psych an acceptable CSI show. Cheap laughs and cringe-worthy murder scenarios can entertain people better than nuanced stories and characters with depth? Crazy, no wonder American Idol remained a staple of American television for so long. Network executives can shove anything down our throats, I guess. Now they're doing it with Big Bang Theory and (admittedly to a lesser extent, the writing is a lot better) Modern Family. But no, I guess I just hate things for the sake of hating them.

.... Idk what that is...

It's a tv show. Stands for crime scene investigation

Well he may be a little immature. Is that really such a bad thing though, apparently you two got engaged for a reason. Don't let your mom get into your head

It's never too late to call it off if you don't want to go through with it! I've been there.

Call off her engagement because he was arguing over a show?

Meh, we're all retarded menchildren.

Yeah, dont see how that's being irresponsible or immature
