Today, I've been bedridden for the past two weeks. My boyfriend casually remarked that he understands now why some people cheat on their seriously-ill partners. Thanks for adding to the stress, sweetie. FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me because I'm "high maintenance." I'd only asked him to use deodorant and brush his teeth. He hasn't had a shower in over a week. FML
Today, I woke up feeling like shit after I had spent the whole night taking care of my sick boyfriend. He got up early, feeling great, bouncing around the house. When I finally got up I told him I didn't feel well and he yelled at me for being a bitch in the morning that slows him down. FML
Today, my boyfriend is blaming me for his recent diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder. Apparently, I should have just kept on tolerating all of his explosive outbursts, instead of "forcing" him to start couples' therapy with me. FML
Today, my boyfriend threw a fit because I "still" live with my mother at age 30. I bought her an apartment in my building and hired a live-in nurse because she is senile and permanently bedridden. FML
Today, my boyfriend broke up with me, because I'm too "high maintenance" during the holidays. Not to worry, though; he's willing give me another chance sometime after Valentine's day. FML
Today, I went to the hospital for constant dizziness and insomnia, and was diagnosed with anxiety. I figured out that the main source of my anxiety is not my job but my boyfriend, who has avoidant personality, which makes him constantly refuse almost everything that I request. He's a guy who just doesn't know how to show his love. FML
Today, I went to the hospital due to extreme sickness. My boyfriend saw this as an opportune time to take another girl out since I was "otherwise preoccupied." FML
Today, I told my boyfriend I had diabetes. He won't talk to me anymore because he thinks I'll infect him with it. FML
Today, I realized the only time my boyfriend actually makes a little bit of time to see me is when I'm having a full mental breakdown/anxiety attack. FML

that sucks. I have kidney failure iv had it sence I was 5. I did have a transplant but it will not last me forever. and with my disease I do go to the hospital a lot. cause I have no immune system. and my bf is very supportive. he goes to my doctors with me, and takes care of me when I'm sick

So he doesn't want to be bothered with a girlfriend who is in and out of the hospital, that sucks, but at least he's honest about it.

Eh, the boyfriend could be thinking that you're too high maintenance, sure, but does that mean that he doesn't love you? I mean, if he has to pay for the constant hospitalizations, he'd probably be stressed about it, since money is still needed to pay the bills etc. If you're paying for the hospitalizations, dump him. Gah, this is why I hate FML's like this, too many assumptions ._.

I know the feeling, I too have a chronic illness and after a few months my bf didn't think he could handle it and we broke up... However, that was 2 years ago and we're now engaged. Love does conquer all, and if it's meant to be- the guy will love you for who you are and look past your illness.

You are not alone, my ex once said something similar to that for my allergy i get every spring due to the awakening nature. He was such a dumbass, gosh.
