Today, I realized my boyfriend only asks me to come spend the night when he needs me to wake him up in the morning. FML
Today, I was spending time with my boyfriend for the first time in two weeks. I started tearing up and telling him that I feel like he never has time for me anymore. He responded with, "I'm hungry." FML
Today, after a year of struggling to get over my anxiety disorder so that I don't have a panic attack every time I go to see my boyfriend, I've been informed that his anxiety has now flared and he gets anxious when texting me. It's a lose-lose, and I'm now causing him the same hell I've felt. FML
Today, I was feeling really down and my boyfriend refused to be there for me. It’s funny because a couple of months ago he was going through the same thing and I did everything I could to comfort him. FML
Today, I had a nervous breakdown. My life has been going down the drain and I called my boyfriend for comfort. I was crying my eyes out, finally getting everything off of my chest that has been bothering me. I thought it was quiet because he was listening closely. I was wrong. He fell asleep. FML
Today, I found my boyfriend passed out on the floor. Then I passed out, due to anxiety of seeing him passed out. FML
Today, I went to the hospital for constant dizziness and insomnia, and was diagnosed with anxiety. I figured out that the main source of my anxiety is not my job but my boyfriend, who has avoidant personality, which makes him constantly refuse almost everything that I request. He's a guy who just doesn't know how to show his love. FML
Today, my boyfriend had an appointment he had to wait months for, after he finally agreed to try to figure out what's making him so tired all the time. He slept through it. FML
Today, I found out my boyfriend thinks I'm too high maintenance because I have a chronic illness which requires frequent hospitalization. FML
Today, my boyfriend told me that he becomes a boring version of himself whenever we are together. FML

OP, it depends on how often you are having breakdowns. If they are frequent I’d say it’s an FML for both you and BF. But at least he’s trying to be there for you when you really need him… It’s not the easy and fun times that show our character, it’s the difficult times.

So the problem is that he is there in your time of need. A lesser person would run away in that situation.

He's there for bad times, but that's a bare minimum a partner should do. Do you want to keep someone around who only does the absolute bare minimum?

If you want more quality time just ask. Guys don't automatically know the right amount of time and attention a relationship needs.
