Today, after some filing mistakes, and a lot of waiting on hold, I'm finally registered for Spring classes. I was ready to enjoy this term, until I found out that my ex, who was forced into therapy after he threatened to kill me, is in half of my classes. FML

A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Today, we were practicing figure drawing in art class. Our regular model didn't show up, so our teacher pulled someone out of study hall. And who did she pick? My ex-boyfriend, who stalked me after our breakup, which resulted in a nervous breakdown that put me in therapy. It was a long class. FML
Today, after attending lectures for months, studying for weeks, and spending hours writing a 15-page research paper, I was informed that due to technological issues during registration, I was not enrolled in the class. FML
Today, my psycho ex showed up at my doorstep to beg me to take her back, so I pulled my gun on her. I just found out she's pressing charges. FML
Today, in order to avoid seeing my ex-girlfriend in class, I changed my schedule for "personal reasons." Apparently she had the same idea and changed her schedule as well. We now have all the same classes together. Before, we had just two. FML
Today, after months of saying I wanted to kill myself, someone finally reported me. I can't go back to school until I see a therapist who has to approve my going back to school. FML
Today, I went to my first class of the semester. After an hour of intense note writing, I realized I was in the wrong class. FML
Today, my psycho ex got into my wedding ceremony and attacked my wife. FML
Today, I found out that my controlling, verbally abusive ex-boyfriend from nearly four years ago is still obsessed with me. Apparently, he's told everyone back home that he and I are getting married as soon as I finish college. We haven't spoken in over two years. FML
Today, my boyfriend of almost two years and I broke up. Earlier, we scheduled our classes for senior year to match perfectly. Can't wait. FML
Today, I attended my college roommate's wedding. We were best friends for 4 years, but have only talked occasionally since graduation. I was looking forward to meeting her new husband, having heard so much about him during our conversations. Turns out she forgot to mention he's my ex. FML

why didnt you get a restraining order? then you wouldnt have to worry about situations like this.

Finally! Someone else who understands my pain! My girlfriend seriously thought for a sec. this could be one of my posts b/c I'm going through a very similar thing only I was switched out of the class I had with him five weeks into the first six weeks and was expected to do all the work. Needless to say, I couldn't and so now I'm killing myself trying to pass with a C. -_- I just love the justice in hs. I wish I would have taken it to court now.

I'd explain the situation to the teachers and the dean of students. Hopefully they can work something out. You can also get a restraining order on him.

Don't let one asshole prevent you from doing what you wanna do. I would avoid him if possible but stay in the class.
