Today, I heard vibrating from inside my husband's desk drawer. Since he's away for the weekend, I investigated. I found an unfamiliar cellphone with an inbound call. I answered it. Turns out, it was his mistress. Neither of us can get a hold of him. FML
Today, I came home to an empty house. I found a note from my wife telling me she was bisexual and found love in a woman. I FaceTimed my sister to tell her about it, and who do I see with her? My wife. FML
Today, I found out that my husband keeps in contact with the woman he was infatuated with in high school. He texts her more than he texts me. FML
Today, while visiting my in-laws, I went into their home office in search of a sheet of scrap paper. Instead, I found printed copies of every email and IM my husband and I had ever sent each other, including pictures. Highlighted and annotated by his mother. FML
Today, while clearing stuff out of the basement, I found my ex-wife's old electronic diary device from the '90s. I found the charger, powered it up, and had soon read all about out she'd been cheating on me for almost half our marriage with the guy she's now married to. FML
Today, my husband left his phone at home. I looked through his contacts and found a person named "The Bitch." Being very curious, I called "The Bitch" to see who it was. My phone rang. FML
Today, I found out that the "burglar" I caught, punched, and tied up for the cops was actually my wife's secret lover. FML
Today, I'm facing the truth that the women I married, in large part to bring my long-lost family together, was too successful as she slept with one of them. FML
Today, I found out that my wife had been debating leaving me for an old boyfriend from high school. They rekindled their relationship on Facebook, and talking on the cell phone. Both things I insisted she have. FML
Today, I found my boyfriend's Facebook page. I also found his wife's. FML

While I agree, I don't think he should have married her if he was still in love with his wife who has passed. Grieving is horrible, but not everyone can cope with knowing something like that. He should have waited until he properly mourned and was able to let go.

She didn’t say anything to be heartless, you’re projecting and making asshole assumptions. Finding out your husband has a shrine to someone and has hidden it away is devastating. Obviously it’s not out of malice or anything but it still hurts. You’d probably say he was an asshole if the first wife was still alive, but no because she’s dead suddenly she’s at fault for having feelings. Show some ******* compassion huh? ****** hypocrite.

It's not like she cheated on him or left him or he has a reason not to love her. She died and he's devastated and you're not his first love. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you, just that he didn't stop loving her.
