The Haunting of FML House

Today, hidden deep in my husband's closet, I found a shrine dedicated to a woman named Felicity. After further investigation, I saw printouts of my husband's detailed fantasies of phone sex conversations with Felicity. Felicity was his first wife, and has been dead for nine years. FML

I guess you should nicely talk to your husband and see if he’s alright? and if not you should advice him to seek professional help!

That is honestly just really sad. He lost someone he loved, you should show some ******' compassion.

If I lost my husband I would probably be tempted to do something similar. I already don't handle loss well and the loss of my soul mate sounds so painful. I honestly can't imagine what he's dealing with.

9 years isn’t a long time... these last 10 went by in the blink of an eye 😩 sounds like you need to be a person he can bare it all to... I’d be more concerned with why you weren’t aware that was there than itit actually being there

I would talk to him about it, but not in an accusing way. Dealing with loss is incredibly sensitive and difficult. I would talk to him in more of a 'what do you need? You can talk to me and I can help' way. Sorry OP, that's really tough for both of you.

I'm curious as to why you were digging around deep in your husband's closet? ydi

Look, if that’s all the case, then clearly he hadn’t gotten over it. I would bring it up gently and see if he needs any mental and emotional help like therapy to help him move on.
