Lose the girl. It's one thing if she wants you to change your hair style it's another thing entirely to chop off a piece of your dick for no valid medical reason.

Agreed. You can find a better girl. You shouldn't have to be in a relationship where there are ultimatums, especially ones that involve unnecessary surgery.

Well the foreskin is a vital part of the penis, it actauly helps the penis to erect, it also contains glands that lubricate and keep the penis happy and healthy. How ever a person who does ultimatum is not suited for relationships. Ask her to remove her clithood, it is similar part as you foreskin but on girls, if she says no then ask her why you should remove yours.

It's his choice. But if it's really a dealbreaker for her, it's better that she's honest with him than just breakup, or try to fake it if it's a major turnoff for her (for whatever reason). Sexual attraction is an important part of a relationship.

To be fair, there is evidence to support that circumsized men are at a reduced risk for prostate cancer. However, not a good enough reason. Seriously, if it's not something you're willing to go through, it's her loss.
