For science

Today, I was eating cereal and decided to warm it up to see what it tasted like. So, using a candle in the room I placed my spoon over the flame and waited to see if it heated up. Pleased with my silly experiment, I put the spoon back in my mouth. I now can't talk because of my swollen tongue. FML

Not to mention your heroin habit.

What are you, an idiot? Why wouldnt you use a microwave? I use it all the time with my cereal, its too cold sometimes and hurts my teeth. 10 seconds in the nuker is usually enough.

This made my day, favourites for sure. Why are people being so bitchy as if they never did anything stupid in thier lives? Shit happens, people do things without thinking. Its a funny story and thats teh prupose of this site

lmao. wow your kind of an idiot.. I've definitely done some stupid things in my life, but never put a molten hot spoon on my tongue right after I let it burn over a candle before.. lol

You are clearly not as bright as that candle.

why would you even WANT warm cereal? it sounds disgusting. and why is everyone suggesting a microwave? use a bunsen burner, of course! it would be like a candle, but a billion times more awesome. ps #43 wins. hahaha.

I'm thinkin FYL because, Seriously, what kind of quality of life could this poor person have, if the lightbulb didn't go off BEFORE the spoon hit the tongue?! Or, if there is a little more on the front end of this story that we're not hearing about (ahem, drunken frat party), definitely wait until your kids are grown before you tell them this particular story about the good ole days. Either way, Oy!

So so silly. Lesson learn the hard way. Though this was something you should've known since grade 1 science,
