Today, I was picking up my daughter from my ex-husband's house and his new girlfriend was there. I said to my daughter that it was time to leave and she clung to his girlfriend and said, "Mommy, I don't want to leave." She wasn't talking to me. FML

Today, my ex-husband came to pick up our two kids for his weekend with them. Seeing his new girlfriend was in the car, and desperate for conversation, I asked her name. My kids unhesitatingly blurted out, "Mom". FML
Today, as I was picking up my 7 year-old daughter at my ex-husband's house, my daughter started crying saying that she wanted to stay with Daddy forever. I asked why. She said her stepmom was a better mommy. Apparently, the woman who broke up my marriage is now a better "Mommy." FML
Today, I took my kids to the park. I saw my daughter playing with a kid who looked familiar. Turns out he was my ex’s son, whom I haven’t seen in years. I thought it was cute they played so well together, until my ex’s new girlfriend came over, screaming that I was trying to use my kid to get to her man. FML
Today, my daughter told me she wanted to divorce me. FML
Today, my youngest daughter was going through separation anxiety when I dropped her off at school. After ten minutes of me comforting her, the teacher said, "C'mon, you have to let Nan go now so you can join in with the class." Ummm, I'm her mum, not her grandparent. FML
Today, I met my ex, whom I have not seen in years, in the airport. She was with a 3 year-old girl who ran to me with open arms, happily saying, "Papa!" Overjoyed, I picked her up, hugging her back, and kissed her. My ex then condescendingly said, "She's NOT yours!" When I asked why, she said, "She calls ALL MEN 'Papa'!" FML
Today, my two year old daughter did not want to leave the toy store, when I picked her up she started screaming at the top of her lungs, "YOU'RE NOT MY DADDY!". FML
Today, my four-year-old daughter called me by her mom's new boyfriend's name. Three different times. FML
Today, my ex-husband introduced our daughter to her "new mommy". That's the third time this year. FML
Today, I went to pick up my daughter from preschool. When I got there, I ran to give her a hug. She screamed and ran away. FML

aggree with #8 my opinion..either you're probabally doing all the things on dr. phils list of the wrong things divorced parents do to thier kids, or daddy is filling her head full of nonsence and new gf is putting on some little act to gain her acceptance and trust.

Oh how horrible - your ex has a girlfriend that is treating your daughter as if she were your own child. This is really going to hurt you in the long run. How are you going to sue him for false cases of abuse when your child actually gets along with her future stepmom.

Just don't be like my mother and never allow your daughter to call your ex-husband's partner "mom" "ma" or anything she pleases. I resent my mother to this day. And please don't listen to these other people saying "choke a b" and the like... that'll only cause more problems.
