Today, I was picking up my daughter from my ex-husband's house and his new girlfriend was there. I said to my daughter that it was time to leave and she clung to his girlfriend and said, "Mommy, I don't want to leave." She wasn't talking to me. FML

Today, my ex-husband came to pick up our two kids for his weekend with them. Seeing his new girlfriend was in the car, and desperate for conversation, I asked her name. My kids unhesitatingly blurted out, "Mom". FML
Today, as I was picking up my 7 year-old daughter at my ex-husband's house, my daughter started crying saying that she wanted to stay with Daddy forever. I asked why. She said her stepmom was a better mommy. Apparently, the woman who broke up my marriage is now a better "Mommy." FML
Today, I took my kids to the park. I saw my daughter playing with a kid who looked familiar. Turns out he was my ex’s son, whom I haven’t seen in years. I thought it was cute they played so well together, until my ex’s new girlfriend came over, screaming that I was trying to use my kid to get to her man. FML
Today, my daughter told me she wanted to divorce me. FML
Today, my youngest daughter was going through separation anxiety when I dropped her off at school. After ten minutes of me comforting her, the teacher said, "C'mon, you have to let Nan go now so you can join in with the class." Ummm, I'm her mum, not her grandparent. FML
Today, I met my ex, whom I have not seen in years, in the airport. She was with a 3 year-old girl who ran to me with open arms, happily saying, "Papa!" Overjoyed, I picked her up, hugging her back, and kissed her. My ex then condescendingly said, "She's NOT yours!" When I asked why, she said, "She calls ALL MEN 'Papa'!" FML
Today, my two year old daughter did not want to leave the toy store, when I picked her up she started screaming at the top of her lungs, "YOU'RE NOT MY DADDY!". FML
Today, my four-year-old daughter called me by her mom's new boyfriend's name. Three different times. FML
Today, my ex-husband introduced our daughter to her "new mommy". That's the third time this year. FML
Today, I went to pick up my daughter from preschool. When I got there, I ran to give her a hug. She screamed and ran away. FML

Who the hell does she think she is telling YOUR child to call her "mommy?" You bore that baby, she wasn't there for the child birth. She just one of those bitches that just wants to play house. This whole thing is just a game to her. Don't talk to her about it because she hates your guts and is ready for a fight. Trust me, those kind of girls think through what to say to make you feel like shit. Talk to your ex about it tell him that if you ever hear your daughter call his bitch that again, he'll have to pick up his bald bitch off the ground. Urrg, that makes me so mad.

i am a new gf of a man with a little boy, and i resent your comments. Just because she isn't the first wife doesn't mean she just wants to play house. i truly dont believe it is the wife's place to judge the new gf. And being the new gf does not mean you automatically hate the exwife or are out to turn her children away from her. You seem really bitter either that or ignorant

Divorces suck trust me my parents have been divorced since i was three the not wanting to go home thing means she is tired of splitting her time and she will grow out of it and at least she gets along with the woman unlike me my dad is getting married this summer and i am 16.
