I would have felt bad and let it go if she apologized, but badly failing at hiding her mistake, should tell the manager.

You should scream verbal abuse at her using curses then rapidly speed away before the security cameras can capture photographic evidence of the details on your license plate

At any normal fast food place there's usually a camera in front of your face somewhere beside the drive thru window already. And you're surrounded by cameras no matter what. Nice try though.
