Today, my dad screamed at me because I've been "spending too much money". He's been out of a job for 4 months and I've been giving him 300 dollars a month to help pay for bills... and his beer. FML

He came home with a 30-pack of beer and cigarettes instead. I just started my time of the month and we have no more money. FML

Today, my dad answered his Skype call by insisting he wasn’t giving me any more money. Thing is, I had been about to ask for money, again. I tried to open a shop in the middle of a pandemic, and I’m 4 months late on rent and utilities. I ended the call so he wouldn’t see his grown son crying. FML

Today, I met my biological father for the first time. He seemed to be slightly intoxicated from the outset, and less than half an hour later, he had tried to intimidate me into "loaning" him several hundred euros for reasons he wouldn't tell me. So long, "dad". FML

Confiscate his tequila, it's rightfully yours and I'm sure you'll find an occasion for it. Next time he asks you for money for something important, tell him you'll come with him and lend him the money by paying in the store. Also, your dad is an alcoholic and needs help.

OP I understand that it's an unfortunate event that happened. But I think you should now ask the 'why' behind his action. May be he can understand that his acts are destabilizing your mental peace and happiness. God bless you.
