Ungrateful? For what? Him 90% chance of cheating on her? Oh yeah...she sooo deserved it -_- Also to OP: Pierce your ears and wear those earrings and then see what he says. It might have been a mistake but maybe not...

I'm guessing if she didn't pierce her ears now, she doesn't want to have them pierced. I made a conscious choice not to as well, and saying 'pierce your ears' would be a very bad advice for me.
