Today, my boyfriend and I broke up, and he came by to get his things while I was at work. When I got home I saw that the only thing he had taken was my cat. I only dated him for 5 months, I've had that cat for 14 years. FML

Today, exactly two years to the date when I thought my dream had came true when my partner surprised me with a kitten. Except two weeks later we had to give him away because my partner was too anxious about the cat destroying any of his stuff. I'm still heartbroken. FML

call the cops? I mean there are stories of people being arrested for stealing other people's pets and even holding found pets ransom for an award money.... Call the cops and then this FML will have a happy ending (for you :D)

Everytime I read this FML it makes me mad. What a major ASSHOLE. Hope you got your cat back. Also, maybe this is a lesson learned, don't move in with your significant other so quickly
