Hmmmm.... I have to wonder if this was one of those "I have my period so I have a right to be a bitch to everyone and refuse to leave the house for a week" kind of situations, and that was what he was concerned about. Even if it's just the sex part... there are ways around that too. Unless you're dating a 15 year old, there's got to be more to the story.

Well OP, if you aren't going to be able to control yourself, who can blame him? Hormones can cause weird chemical reactions especially if said woman is on hormonal birth control & the added hormones are unnecessary.

I said it once and I'll say it again, acting mean or sad or hormonal is not ok just because you are on your period. You can control the hormonal imbalances by checking your diet and some other ways. Look into it
