Today, marks the seventh day of having my nose pierced. I'd done everything I was supposed to do, even sleeping with a band-aid over it. This morning, I woke up to my piercing being ripped out by my pillow, and the band-aid nowhere in sight. FML

Today, it's the seventh day after my nose job. I was taking something out of a box and pulled too hard. I punched myself in the nose. FML

Today, I had a spur of the moment idea to go have my nose pierced. The piercer made sure to tell me how easily the little stud could get caught or hung up. I spent all day stressing over it only to scratch my nose and rip it out. Now I have a $40 bleeding hole in my nose. FML

Today, I woke up to a weird feeling on my face. Thinking it was a bug, I slapped at it. It was my freshly-inserted nose ring. FML

Today, I was adjusting my nose piercing from the inside. My mother saw and thought I was picking my nose, so she slapped my hand away, tearing my nose ring out in the process. FML

Today, while fighting with a girl I hate, my nose piercing got a little loose and I ended up snorting it in. That same girl had to take me to the hospital for surgery. She told everyone afterwards. FML

Today, I got a nipple piercing. My girlfriend thought I was pranking her with a fake piercing, because I wouldn’t be "daft enough" to get a real one, and she yanked it off, or rather through, my nipple. Yes, it cut my poor nip in half, and I now have two nipples where once I had only one. FML

Even if guys don't like nose piercings, show some sympathy. Their piercing got RIPPED out, that's right, RIPPED. That must have been ******* painful. FYL, OP.

That is why you should of gotten a loop put in and not the corkscrew. I got mine pierced when I was 15 and never had it ripped out.

U dont have to wear a band aid over it when your sleeping. I have had mine done for five years and never had a problem.

they're actually called nose screws. I use a flatback though, the kind used for labrets or "beauty mark" piercings. it's a little more difficult to put in and a gauge or two larger than what is typically used for the nose but it has never fallen out

you realize that when you go for a job interview or even just looking for jobs you would have to be pretty stupid to keep your piercings in. I always take mine out then put them in when I know the work place doesn't mind. nose piercings aren't a permanent thing. and most employers these days don't care all that much. unless you work in food but that's just common sense to not have piercings in.
