Today, marks the seventh day of having my nose pierced. I'd done everything I was supposed to do, even sleeping with a band-aid over it. This morning, I woke up to my piercing being ripped out by my pillow, and the band-aid nowhere in sight. FML

Today, it's the seventh day after my nose job. I was taking something out of a box and pulled too hard. I punched myself in the nose. FML

Today, I had a spur of the moment idea to go have my nose pierced. The piercer made sure to tell me how easily the little stud could get caught or hung up. I spent all day stressing over it only to scratch my nose and rip it out. Now I have a $40 bleeding hole in my nose. FML

Today, while fighting with a girl I hate, my nose piercing got a little loose and I ended up snorting it in. That same girl had to take me to the hospital for surgery. She told everyone afterwards. FML

Today, I got a nipple piercing. My girlfriend thought I was pranking her with a fake piercing, because I wouldn’t be "daft enough" to get a real one, and she yanked it off, or rather through, my nipple. Yes, it cut my poor nip in half, and I now have two nipples where once I had only one. FML

I guess anything is possible. My friend ripped mine out with a burger king cup. That's why I've switched to a hoop in my nose.

that happened to me during the first week it felt like I repierced my nose when I put it back in. my cat has also tried to remove it while sleeping now that hurts. but all these people hating don't realize how often it happens

precautions are one thing... results are most definitely another. Some bodies handle it better than others, some bodies reject it completely. This easily can go both ways, you can't necessarily stick to one side, because risks are always a factor and nobody should assume it wont ever be them, because it could be.

if your piercer curved the bottom under your nose correctly, it would take a lot to rip it out. sucks that your piercing wasn't done right! I never slept with a band aid over mine and it never fell or ripped out.
