Today, it was my court date for a car accident I was involved in back in July. I had spent months preparing a case to prove my innocence. I was scheduled to appear at 10:00 this morning. I woke up at 10:15AM. FML

Probably not a huge deal. I had an accident and missed my court date. I just had to show up another day. I would imagine that varies between states. I'm from Ohio. They did suspend my license, though, after the first date.

I was in the same situation, but the reason why i didnt attend my court date was because i didnt receive the letter. I got an annulment and won the case! Car paid for and now im loving my new car
