Today, I went onto the treadmill at my gym. When it prompted me to enter my age I put 27. I'm 29 and am lying about my age to a workout machine. FML

Today, I went to the gym for the first time in months. As I was on the treadmill, I accidentally hit the emergency stop button. In my attempt to play it cool, I tried to pretend it was intentional and yelled, "I've reached my fitness goal for the day!" FML

Today, I was doing my usual routine at the gym which consists of working out on the treadmills right in front of my ex boyfriend to make him feel bad. Whilst doing this, I tried to be cool and do that thing where as the treadmill slows down you turn around and just walk off the end. I fell. FML

Today, I was working out in the gym when a fitness trainer came up to me and said it wasn't safe to be exercising while this far along in a pregnancy. I was too ashamed to tell them that I'm not pregnant, so I went along with it. Time to find a new gym. FML

Today, after the longest time, I went to the gym. I ran and ran and ran on the treadmill for an eternity, beating myself up for getting so overweight. Then I tripped and fell off, sweating and sobbing for being so useless. When I looked up, I saw I'd been on the machine for barely 2 minutes. FML

That sounds like something I would do. Probably not with my age (I'm 19), but possibly with my weight. I'm not heavy by normal standards (5'6", 111 lbs), but I understand falling into the trap of lying to yourself to maintain this image that the media tells us we must uphold.

i'm sixteen, and when i see a girl in her early twenties who winks at me, or otherwise acts attracted to me, i just think "you so old!" XD but then again, i'm only sixteen. i had a teacher once who was 29 and she was really hot. coincidentally her name was miss robinson, and she was possibly attracted to ME. LOL "are you trying to seduce me, miss robinson?" XD

Someone needs to get out more. 29 is not "old", and it's not like the machine will say you're a fat tub of lard, it asks that so it can be more accurate with the ratings it gives you.
