Bouncers don't have to always be assholes. I once had one shove me because my hubby was getting lippy as I helped him out the door to the car!

Just had a co-worker walked out the other day for to much force...On a use of force situation... Apparently he was supposed to take getting kicked in the balls twice and not do anything to restrain the Subject? Well he punched him in the face instead and the Subject complied and stopped resisting :) So you both were fired for doing your job :/

I'm guessing that your boss wanted you to use your words and not your fist/hands. It's almost like the bully principle at school. If a bully starts picking on you and they sucker punch you, the only way you don't get suspended is if you don't hit them back and don't defend yourself.
