Today, I saw a homeless man on the corner, I thought I would be generous and give him some cash. I rolled down my window and waved my hand for him to come over. As he was walking over, he was struck by another car. FML

Actuall, all of us who work will be paying his hospital bill. Homeless people dont have health insurance.

wow really I hope u all are being sarcastic. I'm pretty sure op means that they feel horrible that they were trying to help and be a nice person and something unexpected and terrifying happened which made them feel really bad. pretty sure that's what peas thinking

I don't feel bad for the homeless man. He should have looked both ways before crossing the damn street. It's his own fault he got hit.
