im gay and i have been flirty with str8 guys. but it was ALWAYS friendly and they didnt mind. we were sorta friends so they took it as a compliment. this guy obvisously doesnt know boundaries. if u dont like it politely tell him or go to his boss. its one thing if its all in fun but if not then its not acceptable

I don't think the homosexuality should matter at all, but the unwanted advances in any situation, and especially at work from a superior, are completely creepy.
