Agreed with #3, 4, & 7. You don't pass notes to a girl to ask her out. Man up and talk to her. It's a stupid idea anyway cuz you have to talk to her when she RESPONDS to your note. And if she doesn't even know your name, it probably wasn't a good idea to ask her out, cuz you obviously haven't talked much.
