Today, I have both a cold and a period. Tomorrow, I will have a cold, my period and my wisdom teeth taken out. FML

No big deal. Same thing happened to me. Wisdom teeth removal is so overrated, it's usually not that painful if you take your painkillers.

unless you throw up from the iv sedation and get dry sockets from it. then throw up from the clove they stuff in the dry sockets. yeah my doctor didn't want to give me anymore pain meds so I had exposed nerve and bone. it was a pleasant experience

Even with the painkillers it can be a really bad experience, since they had to broken them in pieces... I was fine when I left because the painkillers, but the next day I barely could talk, and even drink was painfull... I had to stay 1 week in bland foods. So a big hug for you, Unlucky.

Not that bad? I didn't do anything for 2 weeks. It was really just one ******* tooth though that made it hell. Plus, I didn't realize until after I got off the vicodin how badly that stuff ****** with my body. It was a huge improvement just to be able to manage the pain with ibuprofen.

it's fake - no doctor will submit to take out wisdom teeth if there is either cold or period.

My dentist seemed to have no problem doing my fillers, and inserting anesthesia on my cheek while I was on my period. turned out to be a bad idea. The anesthesia made my period last longer than usual, idky, but it did.

Why are all the girls bitching about this comment? Honestly, it is a so what, big whoop, she does need to just suck it up. Ya having your period can suck sometimes we all know cramps are hell but they last not even a day and there's pills to help with that. And he's right, at least she feels like shit all at once and not have to be stuck at home when she's healthy

Cancel your appt. I don't think your dentist will even take them out if you are sick anyway. I don't think they are suppose to. I could be wrong though.

yea u honestly don't even know why you would say something like that 33. what does having sex have to do with being sick, being on your perioid AND getting wisdom teeth pulled out? also why would NOT being sick and having your period be WORSE than being healthy when getting your wisdoms pulled out? I mean I can only imagine how shity a girl must feel when they are on their period and when you compound that with feeling like shit cuz you have a cold plus the horrible ******* experience of having your wisdoms pulled(I unfortunately have experienced this) that would make for 1 shity ******* day. so FYL indeed OP p.s. hope you don't have a high tollerance to stuff like I do cuz it will make life so much worse when you find out that the vicadin or oxycottin doesn't work because your body just natuarlly had a high tollerance for things like that
