Okay, first off... by "too soon" she meant it was too soon after the guy she was dating DIVORCED his wife to start being with another woman. Second, he's 25.. so it makes it even more unfortunate that he is now with a 19 year old. She forgot to leave that out. So all you people should understand the situation of the dude attempting not to look sketch in front of everyone soon after a major event like that.

The fact that his new girlfriend is 19 might be relevant if we knew how old OP or the boyfriend was. As it is, it makes no sense to include that info.
