One time I saw my neighbor holding a puppy up in the air by it's leash, choking it. So I went out there and took the puppy, then kicked the guy in the balls and called the police to report him. I imagine if I had been in your situation, the guy would have suffered a much worse, less police-involved fate.

I don't get why everyone is getting so butthurt over this. it's a dog, where I grew up, if a dog kills a goat, you shoot it since obviously a goat is too damn big to tie around the dog's neck. it's part of life, like it or not

Why the f*ckin hell is every one so pissed off the dog was probably hurt and suffering or it was to old and he didn't want to pay the vet I have two dogs of my own and I would never put them down
