For those that don't know, a "catfish" is someone who goes on to media (usually dating websites) and posts photos of someone else. That's why you get those dates that look so much different than the photo.

No that's not what a catfish is. A catfish is someone who pretends to be someone else's love interest. Posting fake photos is only a fraction of being a catfish.
