I have been on the bottom of a pile filled with 3 300 pounders a bunch of dudes. Playing offensive line is no fun.

I'm a 200 lb lineman... I have 240-270 lb lineman tackling and hitting me and sometimes fall on me. OP should do what I do and empty himself before game/practice.

Yeah I'm not sure where you play if you're a lineman getting tackled. If you're on your back a lot as a lineman, you're pretty bad.
