#41, i have my own bank account and Im -13...
That's completely ****** up.
Wow... What a waste of money, you could have went to college, made way more than 10k and then help your parents. Now sue them, go to college, then when they ask for help, don't respond! (unless they are dying).
Sell the TV on eBay. Take anything else of value amounting to the original account value and sell it as well. If they try to stop you, tell them that they have to pay for college somehow.
Your parents had no right to do that. FYL indeed.
I don't think they can do that unless ur under 18, or 17 in some states, without ur signature
Buuullllshit! Sounds like my parents. I'mguessing their names were still on the account. That sucks!

Sue. Sure, they're your parents, but God, being inconsiderate like that. It's your future.
That really ought to be illegal. You get screwed if your parents don't meet their financial aid obligations for your education, so there should be some legal requirement for your parents to meet those obligations.
