To be frank I have heard parents proven to be abusive say the same thing. Many abusive parents, especially emotional abusive, don't think they're being abusive. So thus I can't and won't take a side here. Just to everyone else, just cause a parent says their not abusive doesn't make it true. Though of course same can be said about the daughter.
I'd ask her why she thinks that you two are abusive.
Well, it seems we'll have to make it the complete truth, doesn't it?

Calmly sit her down and explain to her that she just lost access to all the devices that have an internet connection in your house, since she obviously can't handle it. No phone, no computer, tablet or whatever else she has - if she wants to earn them back, she gets to do so by volunteering at an organization that helps actual abuse victims.
Throw her in the river.
