Judgment Day

Today, my fiancé and I are house-sitting for my future in-laws for the next 3 weeks. They left a bible in both bedrooms, along with printouts of an article denouncing the "sin" of premarital sex. They're such complete whack-jobs, I wouldn't be surprised if they've set up hidden cameras everywhere too. FML

Respect their wishes for not having sex in their bedrooms and have it in the kitchen.

If you two ever need to get in the mood and aren't put off by homoerotisism, there's some pretty adorable stuff between Jonathan and David in the book of Samuel. "Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul. And Jonathan stripped himself of the robe that was on him and gave it to David, and his armor, and even his sword and his bow and his belt" (Samuel 18:3).

the point of the post is not that theyre upset that they cant have sex int he house its that the in laws didnt bother to ask them politely not to. instead they left religious material around to guilt them out of having sex at all anywhere when its their choice

I don't think the hint was strong enough. Geez.

exactly. do it and if they somehow find out and say something just play dumb....ohhhh that's what all the bibles were about...

To be fair, I doubt you'd want people having sex in your house when you're not around either.

its Kansas, most of the older people you'll meet are very religious and will also try to push it on you. though there are always the people that will let you be you, you seam to have sadly gotten stuck with the first, hopefully its not bad after your married

Give 'em something good to watch if they do have cameras.

Ugh, screw religious people like these. You do what makes you happy!

I really hope you two got it on! It's none of their business! The choice to have sex is between you and your partner. No one else! If anyone asks you, simply say "that topic involves me and my partner only" and walk away. That's what I did and it worked beautifully!

Hey OP, I'm in Kansas too! Which is how I know not to be surprised by their behavior.

It's common decency not to have sex in another persons' home....especially if they're your in-laws. You need to respect their wishes.

This calls for having the most twisted, perverted sex of your life. Whips, chains, blow it out there.
