Breach of contract

Today, my husband was served child support paperwork by the couple he insisted on donating his sperm to. When I tried to warn him beforehand, he said I was being a jealous, paranoid, control freak and that it was his decision to help out some friends. We’re already struggling financially. Thanks babe. FML

If he didn't bother with a contract that's absolutely stupid on his part. My petty ass would file for visitation, make them think twice

If you don’t have a legal written agreement that you’re donating sperm with zero legal, financial or parental obligations, then you can’t prove that that was the agreement you came to, and the other party can sue you for child support. Sounds like OP was aware of that but husband decided to go with the honor system instead

What do you mean he "insisted on donating sperm to?" Are you saying he politely forced it on them? Did he bang the wife or did they have a threesome? Shouldn't they have insisted on having his sperm?

Visitation? Fight for custody at this point. If I was being forced to pay for a kid, I'm going to enforce my rights
