Today, while parked at school, someone broke into my car by smashing the window. I called the police and they informed me I could drive it to the local station as it was an easy 2 minute drive. As I was driving there, I got pulled over for driving with a smashed window. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Today, I parked my car to go inside to grab my wallet than I'd forgotten. In the short time it took me to do that, someone broke two of my car's windows. FML
Today, I couldn't get into my car. In an attempt to get in, I broke a window. As I climbed in, the actual owner of the car walked up. Mine was across the street. FML
Today, someone broke into my car by smashing the driver's side window. I'd be less irritated if they had just used the door handle; the lock has been broken for years. FML
Vandals!
Today, I wanted to go shopping in my new car that I bought just a month ago. When I stepped outside, I saw someone had smashed the driver side's window. They didn't even steal anything. FML
Hogs gone wild
Today, I got pulled over by a cop. Since my window wasn't working, I opened the door, causing him to run towards me with a drawn gun. He then had a go at me with his night stick. After realizing my window was broken, he laughed and let me off with a warning. FML
Today, someone stole my laptop from my car. However, they were nice enough to relock the doors after they smashed in the window. FML
Who did you piss off?
Today, when I walked up to my car, all my windows were smashed. Thankfully, all I keep in my car is jumper cables, a pen, my car insurance and manual. Whoever smashed my windows apparently was pissed, 'cos they left a note saying "F**k you and your f**king station wagon." FML
Today, my car was stolen from my driveway. I reported it to the police, the insurance company, and my neighbors, and begged for help via social media. As I walked to catch a bus, I saw my car parked outside my school. I forgot I left it there last night. FML
Great organization
Today, while leaving late for work, I walked out to my car only to find the back window broken. Worst part was, I still had to go to work because no one who could cover me showed up. FML
Today, I hit a car while trying to park. Assuming that no one saw, I moved my car and parked somewhere else. Hours later I get a call from the university police. While backing up to go to the police station I hit another car. FML

if you had called 911 then they have it recorded and you can cite that reference number as evidence.

23: If OP called 911 for a smashed car window, (s)he* is a dumbass and ought to be fined. *Can't see gender or username on the mobile site.

Hey Dunb ass 29. if the window is smashed then something is probably stolen. then it is ok to call 911. and even if something is not stolen, it is damage of property, therefore its also ok to call 911. i bet he's the one who smashed the window. haha

911 is the number to call to reach emergency response personnel, not the number to call to report stolen items or other non-emergency crimes. A broken windshield is not an emergency. Although, if it broke while OP was sailing through it, the accident would qualify as an emergency.

are you guys ******* retarded? op said it right because driving WITH a smashed window is what got him pulled over. if he didn't have a smashed window there would be no reason to pull him over.
cantdeleteaccount 2
which also means the smashed window was gone due to the smashing.

But a smashed window doesn't mean the WHOLE window was smashed
