Today, while on vacation, I think I met my soul-mate, and quite possibly the love of my life. My vacation is to celebrate my 8-year anniversary with my husband. FML

Halloween
A failed costume, stolen candy and a very real scare: Halloween, the one night when fear is allowed.
Same thing different taste
Good morals, you say?
Today, I think I found the person I feel is my soulmate while I was in Montana this past weekend. My friend’s wife’s best friend. She was perfect, same sense of humor, same sarcasm, good morals, and absolutely gorgeous. I was struck. And then I received a text message from my wife. FML
What a catch!
Today, I had the best time of my life with the girl of my dreams. I took her out to lunch, we went to the beach to jetski and had a romantic walk. It was the perfect day. Then, in the evening, I had to go home to my boring wife. FML
Decisions, decisions
Today, I realized how in love I am with my soulmate. How how do I tell my wife? FML
Today, my coworker was talking about how he's met the man of his dreams and they've been dating for 3 months. He showed me a picture of them at Niagara Falls last weekend. His new boyfriend is my husband, who was supposedly on a business trip in Boston. FML
Trip of a lifetime
Today, on a vacation with my best friend who I’m secretly in love with, I was dressed to the nines, and felt confident and upbeat about myself. Not once has he made a move on me the entire time, not even in the hotel room we both shared. At the end of the trip he told me I’m “such a great friend.” FML
Today, I got back from a romantic vacation at a fancy hotel with my boyfriend of 6 months. After a steamy love session, I confessed that I was in love with him. Later, when I got out of the shower, all his stuff was gone and I was stuck with the entire week's hotel cost and no ride home. FML
Living a lie
Today, I realized I'm very much in love with my old boyfriend. I got married to someone else a few months ago, who I also very much love. FML
You fool
Today, my wife and I both spent a weekend away separately with our close friends. However, we ran into each other, unplanned, at the airport. She was with her girls and I was with my girlfriend. FML
Today, I met my wife's other husband. FML

Life is like a box of chocolates, sometimes you grab the wrong one, but think it's right.

Come on. You know 8 years-worth of annoying habits your husband has. You know none of this new guy's annoying habits, but trust me, HE HAS THEM. Your ignorance does not mean he's perfect.

Is your vacation really that long where you could have possibly already fallen in love with someone else in that short amount of time?

Don't let the accent fool you

What we put out into this world comes back to us. What I mean is you get what you give. I understand that shit happens but a married woman shouldn't have put herself in a compromising position to begin with. I'm one of those old fashioned, "marriage is forever" chicks. I say YDI

I agree on what we put into this world comes back to us. But OP probably didn't go out looking for this person, they may have casually struck up a conversation. It may have been someone her and her husband met by accident and chatted the night away. You can't say she put herself into a compromising situation, if it seriously was an accidental meeting. Would you want to stay married forever to someone you didn't feel was right for you anymore? Someone you would grow to resent for "holding you back?"

YDI. This sounds suspiciously like love at first sight. You can't be that close to someone in such a short amount of time. Quit the juvenile fantasies and examine what's missing in your marriage.

I agree. Not love at first sight, an infatuation at best. It's the seven year itch, kicking in late. Holiday-sun makes the grass seem greener on the other side. I can keep summing up cliches, like soul-mate. Grow up or make a decision.

OP, love is a series of choices- every morning when you wake up you choose to stay with the person you woke up beside. Every night, you choose to go to bed in the bed you make. If you think you have been making the wrong decision for 8 years, every day- what makes you think you're making the right decision now?

TALK to your spouse about this! Because if you don't, you will subconsciously blame him for your unhappyness. So talking might get you somewhere. And if not, you tried at least.

Are they willing to share?

I love how everyone becomes Dr. Phil all of the sudden on relationships...

If this love happens to be a hot celebrity such as Channing Tatum or Johnny Depp, then I completely understand. BUT, the hot celeb in question probably does not return the sentiment. If he's not a celebrity, then... I don't get it.
