Today, while on vacation, I think I met my soul-mate, and quite possibly the love of my life. My vacation is to celebrate my 8-year anniversary with my husband. FML

Today, I think I found the person I feel is my soulmate while I was in Montana this past weekend. My friend’s wife’s best friend. She was perfect, same sense of humor, same sarcasm, good morals, and absolutely gorgeous. I was struck. And then I received a text message from my wife. FML
Today, I had the best time of my life with the girl of my dreams. I took her out to lunch, we went to the beach to jetski and had a romantic walk. It was the perfect day. Then, in the evening, I had to go home to my boring wife. FML
Today, I realized how in love I am with my soulmate. How how do I tell my wife? FML
Today, my coworker was talking about how he's met the man of his dreams and they've been dating for 3 months. He showed me a picture of them at Niagara Falls last weekend. His new boyfriend is my husband, who was supposedly on a business trip in Boston. FML
Today, on a vacation with my best friend who I’m secretly in love with, I was dressed to the nines, and felt confident and upbeat about myself. Not once has he made a move on me the entire time, not even in the hotel room we both shared. At the end of the trip he told me I’m “such a great friend.” FML
Today, I got back from a romantic vacation at a fancy hotel with my boyfriend of 6 months. After a steamy love session, I confessed that I was in love with him. Later, when I got out of the shower, all his stuff was gone and I was stuck with the entire week's hotel cost and no ride home. FML
Today, I realized I'm very much in love with my old boyfriend. I got married to someone else a few months ago, who I also very much love. FML
Today, my wife and I both spent a weekend away separately with our close friends. However, we ran into each other, unplanned, at the airport. She was with her girls and I was with my girlfriend. FML
Today, I met my wife's other husband. FML
Today, I met my husband's other wife. FML

Come on. You know 8 years-worth of annoying habits your husband has. You know none of this new guy's annoying habits, but trust me, HE HAS THEM. Your ignorance does not mean he's perfect.

sounds like you need to look at what's wrong in your relationship with your husband and figure out why you're lusting after someone else. You might be able to fix whatevers wrong and rediscover why you married him eight years ago.

How old are you? Seriously, you sound like a high-schooler. I understand that people may get thoughts every once in a while about their relationships, but a soul mate? After being married for 8 years? AND you found that so-called "soul mate" in likely less than a week? No. You're ridiculous.

Two thoughts... remember what Johnny Depp said... basically that if everything was cool with the first guy, you wouldn't be looking at the second one. Also, I often feel like relationships in the real world, outside of a romance novel or movie, are only supposed to last a decade or so anyway. I know, I'm mean... but there must be some part of you that is very unfulfilled in your current marriage.

But I also have to say, if this is a real thing you want, have the decency to break up with your husband before you go after guy number two. Wanting someone else does not have to be the same as cheating on them. Cheating is the worst.

Marriages take a lot of work and compromise but if you're describing a man other than your hubby as "the love of your life", then I think it's time to have a serious talk with him about your marriage.
