Today, I received the beautiful dress I'd ordered on the internet. It's a size smaller than my usual, just to encourage me to lose weight. I managed to fit into it and wear it all day, but I've now been struggling for a couple of hours to remove it without tearing it to bits. FML

Today, I wore a new shirt I was really pleased to have bought. As soon as I put it on, I noticed it was a bit tight, but I thought it would stretch out. By the end of the day, I looked like I was wearing a sausage casing. My coworkers couldn’t stop laughing. FML

Today, I was at Target trying on swimsuits. I tried on a medium bottom and was so excited because it fit perfectly even though I've gained a few pounds. My self-esteem was at an all-time high until my mom told me I could never fit into a medium. I rechecked the tag. It was an extra large. FML

Today, my non-English-speaking grandma bought me a new t-shirt. It would've been sweet if it didn't have the word "bondage" written on the back in pretty, bold letters. I had no choice but to wear it while we went shopping. FML

Today, I went shopping with my friend. The store was having a special where if you spend over $75 you receive a free T-shirt. I paid for my items and my total was over $75. The salesman didn't hand me a shirt so I asked him for one. He looks at me and says "I'm sorry, we only have Mediums." FML

don't waste your money in a theraphy. Phsychiatrist don't help. They don't know anything about you. just do some workout and follow an intelligent diet. You will soon feel better. Trust me, I know what I'm talking about for having experienced such feelings.Even though, I' not an engineer :D

while i agree that having a bit of extra meat on your bones is fine (im a uk size 14 and proud), if OP is obese then people need to stop telling her she's beautiful. im not saying she needs to be attacked, but people need to be realistic if she isn't healthy OP, if you are slightly larger, can i suggest leaving FML and taking up exercise? if gyms are too intimidating or you just hate them like me, swimming is great as it's non weight bearing so it doesn't put as much strain on the joints

Don't worry, OP. Even if you are bigger than average, that doesn't change anything. You're still a beautiful individual. Looks don't make beauty, personality does. Sorry if that sounded cheesy, but that's just the way it is. I'm a girl, I'm fifteen, and I'm average size, just got big hips; and I think bigger women are beautiful. Especially when they have confidence.
