Today, I bought a new armband to hold my iPhone while working out so I can listen to music and I was excited to start getting in shape. Unfortunately, when I tried it on, my arm was too big and it didn't fit. FML

Today, I received the beautiful dress I'd ordered on the internet. It's a size smaller than my usual, just to encourage me to lose weight. I managed to fit into it and wear it all day, but I've now been struggling for a couple of hours to remove it without tearing it to bits. FML

Today, I wore a new shirt I was really pleased to have bought. As soon as I put it on, I noticed it was a bit tight, but I thought it would stretch out. By the end of the day, I looked like I was wearing a sausage casing. My coworkers couldn’t stop laughing. FML

Today, I was at Target trying on swimsuits. I tried on a medium bottom and was so excited because it fit perfectly even though I've gained a few pounds. My self-esteem was at an all-time high until my mom told me I could never fit into a medium. I rechecked the tag. It was an extra large. FML

Today, my non-English-speaking grandma bought me a new t-shirt. It would've been sweet if it didn't have the word "bondage" written on the back in pretty, bold letters. I had no choice but to wear it while we went shopping. FML

Today, I went shopping with my friend. The store was having a special where if you spend over $75 you receive a free T-shirt. I paid for my items and my total was over $75. The salesman didn't hand me a shirt so I asked him for one. He looks at me and says "I'm sorry, we only have Mediums." FML

Yaht was the whole point. When it fits, it will be beautiful. So, exercise. Unless, of course, your weight is due to some sort of illness or disorder. Then FYL. Else, go to gym instead of therapists.

One doesnt /need/ to go to a gym to get exercise. Just move your body! Walk. Jog. Run. Bend. Stretch. Cycle. Lift. Push. Pull. Jump. Punch. Kick. Kneel. Skip. Squat. Hula-hoop. Sex. Twist. Throw. Spin. Wrestle. Dance. Just MOVE! :)

Was it "the rapist" or "therapist" because one shouldn't care if your body was beautiful or not and the other would do you anyway ;) maybe they like your boobs squished into a nice tight shirt.
