Today, I was told that my son has Twitter and Facebook accounts that he uses to try to bully people online, some of which are celebrities. He does it really badly, though. FML
Today, I fell asleep while using my laptop. The next thing I know, it's 8am and my dad is screaming at me for posting "u skank-ass cunt-face" on my mom's Facebook timeline. I never made that post, but he won't believe me. My asshole brother, meanwhile, can't stop smirking at me. FML
Today, I found out my son has been ditching his Zoom classes. He claims he couldn’t connect because of "technical difficulties." I can’t believe he seriously expected me to believe that. FML
Today, my son tried to go viral by livestreaming himself walking down our busy street while talking to his "chat", while my other son came up and lamped him with a punch to the side of the head, pretending to be a stranger, or a "hater". I hate this streaming shit, but I never thought I'd raised clout chasing morons. FML
Today, I found out that the only reason my ex husband calls my son anymore, is to ask him to send him things on Facebook. FML
Today, I fell down some steps, and my dad laughed at me. He then changed his facebook status to "My kid's an idiot." FML
Today, I accused my son of faking being sick. He then blew chunks all over me. FML
Today, I asked my boyfriend why he wasn't on Facebook for the last two days. It turned out his father found out we were talking, and banned him from logging on. He's 19. FML
Today, my son tried extort me into turning the WiFi back on by hiding my purse. He was mad because he'd lost access for being disrespectful. FML
Today, my son is an idiot, but I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt by giving him a job as a cashier in one of my stores. Within half an hour, I was sent security footage from that store's manager showing my son on his phone, ignoring customers, picking his nose, and stealing money from the till. FML

154, while I agree that a good smack is needed every once in a while, I absolutely cannot agree that how a child turns out is based purely on one's parenting. Yes, it is a huge factor, but I have seen multiple accounts of a child being raised well and they still turn out rotten. I have two examples: 1. My parents did everything in their power to raise my brother the absolute best they can (as they did with all of us) but my parents couldn't control who he hung out with at school and he started hanging out with a bunch of tools. Now he's a disrespectful tool himself. 2. My boyfriend's father had everything growing up from toys to proper disapline (I know this because a lot of close relatives as well as his parents helped raise him. And those same people helped raise my sweet boyfriend when his parents went out drinking!) and do you know what that "man" does all day since the day? Yells at his mom for not washing HIS dishes! So don't assume that how a kid turns out is based solely on the parents. There are other influences too!
