Today, my neighbor yelled at me because, according to him, the sound of me scraping the ice off my windshield wakes him up every morning. This is the same neighbor who ran over my mailbox last week because there was too much snow on his windows to see properly. FML

Fall
Dead leaves, the first cold of the season and an umbrella flipped inside out: fall, the season of grace.
Same thing different taste
Home sweet home
Today, my neighbor yelled “Fuck you!” at me through his window. My crime? Closing my front door “too loud.” This man lets his children beat on the walls and slam doors but apparently I’m the problem. FML
Quiet
Today, I saw my upstairs neighbor outside getting the mail. She asked how my day was, and then apologized that the sound of her baby's crying through the walls kept me up last night. Apparently she heard me when I yelled at 2am for her fucking demon spawn to shut up. FML
Today, I was called an "inconsiderate scum bucket" by my neighbor because I allowed my loud alarm to go on too long before silencing it. The only reason that I sleep through my alarm is because I have to wear earplugs, as they have their TV on maximum volume until 4am. FML
Keep it down
Today, after my old downstairs neighbor, who would come upstairs to bang on my door and yell at me every time she heard a sound from me at all times of the day, had finally moved out, it became clear that my new downstairs neighbor gets drunk and yells at the TV in the early hours of the morning. FML
Today, my dick of a neighbor tried to file a noise complaint against me, all because I have the flu and am sneezing a lot. FML
Everybody needs good neighbours
Today, I live on the second floor and my neighbor from below banged on my door, telling me I sounded like a giant elephant and needed to learn to be quiet. I was eating ice cream in bed. I also live alone. FML
Today, I was screaming at my neighbor to shut his dog up. After 30 minutes of bellowing, he yelled back that it was my dog that was barking. He was right. FML
Whine whine whine
Today, it snowed. Rather than enjoy the view, my roommate had to complain every five minutes about the mentally challenged neighbor shovelling snow all day long. As long as he doesn't shovel it into my yard, I really don't care what he does to pass the time in lockdown. FML
Asshats everywhere
Today, I've suffered 3 months of my neighbor blasting his music so loud, it shakes my apartment floor. None of my noise complaints are ever followed up, but the moment I give him a piece of my mind, he calls the cops, and they threaten me with jail time over a few curse words. FML
Today, my elderly neighbor used his snowblower to send all of the fallen leaves in his yard into mine, which I'd raked earlier that morning. FML

Theyre not being a hypocrite. The neighbor doesnt clean his windshield and complains when others do.

This commenter meant exactly that #11 ...

No a hypocrite is a person who complains when someone else does something and then they themselves do that very thing they are complaining about.

drive right into his living room and say you couldn't see

^That would only end in a lawsuit.

I expected a flurry of comments on this one. Your neighbor's icy disposition is nothing to bank on, OP. They might just be unhappy with their life because they flaked in college.

Sounds like your neighbor just needs to let it go, and get rid of that frozen heart of his.

I think a little more than his town is snowed out.

But it IS ironic. Somebody who complains about something disturbing them crashing into a mailbox because they didn't do it is irony.

I believe the only solution is to go over, knock on his door, and inform him you are going to be scraping the ice off your windshield soon. Then go inside and get ready for work and then scrape the ice off your windshield! It's the neighborly thing to do!

Don't you know that all the cool kids are driving blind these days? Seriously, safety is so last Tuesday.

Just ignore that cold-hearted man. It's snow problem what you're doing, and if he's going to bitch about it, give him the cold shoulder.

This is a snow-win situation.

Next time you see him say you're sorry. Be nice to him. That way when his windshield gets a rock through it, he won't suspect you.
