Look, I'm asexual, and I can tell you there are a ton of benefits to both male and female orgasms. Cancer prevention, for one, by releasing certain chemicals on a regular basis. It also eases pain, relieves some forms of anxiety and depression, burns calories, destresses, works certain muscles, and (for women) creates a pleasurable sensation that lubricates and increases the odds of procreation. So OP's husband is VERY much wrong.
