Today, my husband and I went for our 20 week scan and found out we're having a girl. The first thing he said to me was, "The next one better be a boy or I'm leaving you". FML

Today, I excitedly told my husband that I'm expecting our second child. He ripped up the sonogram and yelled at me to "fucking get rid of it" while jabbing me in the chest. FML
Today, I went to my first ultrasound appointment. The daughter I was hoping for is actually going to be boy triplets. FML
Today, I was told by my wife that we were going to be parents. We are both females. FML
Today, I went and had my first ultrasound done. My husband said he had a meeting at work, and couldn't come. As I was leaving, I saw him at the doctor's office with another heavily pregnant woman. FML
Today, I got a call from my husband, saying that he wants a divorce, he’s been seeing his colleague and that she’s more compatible to him. I’ve just given birth to out first child. He told me, "Aww, good luck with that." FML
Today, after my wife gave birth to another of our daughters, she announced that this was the last one. When I reminded her I still needed a son to carry on my name, she replied, "Well, you've got four girls. You want a boy? Birth him yourself!" FML
Today, my 6 brothers and I (a girl) were finally finding out the sex of my mom's baby. It's going to be another boy. FML
Today, after I gave birth to our first child, my husband looked at the doctor and seriously asked, "When do you circumcise the baby?" We had a baby girl. FML
Today, I found out the girl my boyfriend was seeing just before me is pregnant. FML
Today, my husband of 6 years said in a grave voice that he had some important news for me. Jokingly, I said, "Why, did you get that cute colleague of yours pregnant?" He did. FML

Having a preference of a gender for your baby isn't wrong but putting pressure on one partner to have a certain gender is not okay in my opinion.

Did you tell your retarded hubby that he only has the power of deciding the sex? By deciding of course whether the sperm that he puts out has X or Y chromosome in them. So simple! So easy! Just feeling sorry for you for getting in this deep with a ********.

biologically its his fault. females give x chromosomes and males give x or y chromosomes. a boy is xy and a girl is xx. so its his fault.

The timing of when you have intercourse also plays a factor. several days before ovulation and lead to having a girl because x sperm live longer. closer to ovulation can produce males because the y sperm swim faster.
